Trump Casinos Latest To Obtain Online Gambling Permits In New Jersey
The launch of online gambling in New Jersey is set for Nov.26 with Boyd’s Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa being the first to attain the coveted internet gambling permit followed by the Golden Nugget. Donald Trump is of course heavily vested in gambling and with his many casino resorts intends to be one of the major players in the emerging U.S. online gambling market.
Back in July we reported on his partnership with Ultimate Gaming in New Jersey in which Ultimate Gaming will offer a variety of real money casino games in partnership with Trumps’ Taj Mahal Casino.
Today it was announced that both Trump casinos in Atlantic City have received their internet gambling permits. The Trump Plaza and Trump Taj Mahal will join the Borgata and Golden Nugget in New Jersey which is considered a more lucrative market than that of the operating Nevada which was the first U.S. state to offer real money gambling.
While scheduled to go live on Nov.26 there will be a five day invitation only trial period for online gambling in New Jersey.
