Six Of The Seven Atlantic City Casinos Receive Go Ahead To Launch Online On Nov.26
The November 26th online gambling launch in New Jersey is in full swing with news that the Division of Gaming Enforcement in New Jersey has issued six of the seven Atlantic Casinos Transactional Waivers enabling them to launch internet gambling.
The big names who have obtained the waivers include Caesars, Trump Plaza, Trump Taj Mahal, Golden Nugget, Borgata and the Tropicana. These casinos have the go ahead to go live with online poker on Nov. 26th. The seventh casino Resorts is still waiting for approval but is expected to be granted a waiver with their online partner PokerStars.
All the who’s who in online gambling have partnered up with the land casinos as a condition for obtaining online licenses. The Fertitta brothers with Trump Taj Mahal, Amaya with Caesars, 888 with Bally’s and Caesars and Bally Technologies with the Golden Nugget.
Other online industry powerhouses like Paddy Power, Williams Interactive, Betable, Evolution are in the process of obtaining a Transaction Waiver and have already passed a preliminary investigation.
